Located in the North Loop, Marquee at Block 37 is a great location for shopping, dining, and spending a night at any of the various theatres within walking distance. Marquee at Block 37 is also a prime location for winter activities in Chicago, located near the Joffrey Ballet and famous Christkindlmarket. Enjoy live stage performances in luxury at the Chicago Cultural Center! Opened in 1926 with décor inspired by the Far East, originally designed for motion pictures. After renovations in 1996, the theatre was restored to its original décor and now features acclaimed musicals. The theatre is now featuring the Best Musical winner Kinky Boots, and is located across the street from Marquee at Block 37!

The building’s lower levels feature restaurants such as Latinicity, Magnolia Bakery, and MacGuffins Bar and Lounge. Start with coffee, move to dinner, and end with a drink!

With an entrance at 25 West Randolph Street, Marquee at Block 37 shares the foundation of this iconic location, providing residents quick and easy shopping access.
