Snow may be on the ground, but love is in the air: It’s almost Valentine’s Day. There are plenty of exciting love-themed events and specials going on outside your Corporate Suites Network apartment in Chicago and the suburbs, no matter if you’re single or taken. (But there’s nothing wrong with cozying up in your fully furnished apartment with some sappy movies and chocolate.) It looks like you’re going to have a lovely day.

On Feb. 11-13, guys can stop into the pop-up store at the James Hotel (55 E. Ontario) from 4-7pm for some V-Day grooming by John Allan’s Men’s Grooming Club. Get your shoes shined, your nails buffed, and your back rubbed while enjoying complimentary cocktails and food from David Burke’s Primehouse, just a 9-minute walk from 400 N. LaSalle in River North. Reserve a spot by calling (312) 663-4600.
