This Year’s New Best Local Hot Spots in Chicago and the Suburbs
It’s almost impossible to keep up with all the new restaurant openings in Chicago. To help, we rounded up some of our favorite Best Local spots that opened in Chicago and the suburbs near our corporate housing locations so far this year. Boy, 2013 sure has been delicious!
Hit up Best Local Beatrix (519 N. Clark) any time of day. This spot, opened in June, serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, and has a coffee bar with locally roasted beans and in-house made pastries. The owner’s goal is to make this restaurant River North’s “living room.” Relax at Beatrix, just a 10-minute walk from Kingsbury Plaza in River North!
The ultimate fine dining experience awaits you at West Loop Best Local spot Grace (652 W. Randolph St.). The chefs at this restaurant have garnered nothing but praise for the impeccable presentation and flavor they put into every dish. The vegetable tasting menu is highly recommended by fine diners. Enjoy the upscale dinner of your dreams just a 7-minute walk from Presidential Towers in the West Loop!
The Best Local Mediterranean chain Naf Naf Grill extended its business into the Loop (309 W. Washington) this year. Try its popular falafels and hummus or chicken kebob plate just an 8-minute walk from Presidential Towers. Check out the original Naperville location (1739 Freedom Dr., Suite 109) too, a 3-minute drive from Lincoln at the Parks in Naperville!
