Celebrate the Fourth of July with these Chicagoland activities!

Tuesday is the Fourth of July! Celebrate with fireworks, parades, cook-outs and more at these patriotic Chicagoland events.

Spend the day at Northwest Fourth Fest, known as the suburbs’ biggest Fourth of July celebration! Located in at the Sears Center, the weekend celebration continues with a morning parade and carnival on the fourth. Children can also participate in the Children Bike and Trike parade! Only a 15 minute drive from One Arlington.

Enjoy Fourth of July at the Lake Michigan beaches watching the Navy Pier Fireworks! The annual fireworks show includes festive red, white and blue fireworks over the lake. The Independence Day fireworks show will start at 9:30 p.m., with a nice view from State & Chestnut, Columbus Plaza or Grand Plaza.

Visit Frontier Days Festival for free Fourth of July entertainment! Enjoy live music, soccer games, battle of the bands and a 4th of July parade.  Only a 9 minute drive from One Arlington.

Keep the summer festivities going after Independence Day with Taste of Chicago! Open from July 5th through July 9th in Grant Park, Taste of Chicago features live music, artistry, cooking demonstrations and of course food! Local venues featured at the festival include Beat Kitchen, Gold Coast Dogs, The Fudge Pot and Frannie’s Cafe. Enjoy sun and good, local food, only a 15 minute walk from AMLI 900.
