Attend the 2nd annual Halloween Gathering Festival and Parade on the Chicago Cultural Mile! The Halloween festival features fun, family events such as a kid’s costume parade, theatricks stage, conjure tent for arts & crafts, and an enchant tent for athletic activities such as dancing and yoga. Night is when the fun begins with the Halloween Gathering parade, spanning the Cultural Mile with costumes, music, and special performances.
